What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Do you send confirmation after I make my reservation?
Confirmation emails are generated immediately following a booking. Address and key codes are emailed or text to the number on the reservation the day of arrival. For same day bookings, address and key codes are emailed or text as soon as the booking is complete. Contact us at 806-445-9969 if you still do not receive email or text correspondence to ensure your email address and phone number has been entered into our system correctly.
How do I check in? Are the homes keyless entries?
Our homes have keyless entry. You will receive a code for the front door by text on the day you are set to arrive. Check in is at 3:00 PM. Early arrival is an option if housekeeping has completed cleaning from previous guests. On the day of your arrival, the text with the code will also be telling you that the cabin is ready for you to check in. In most cases early check in is normal and welcome, except for busy times, then it will be 3 pm, MST.
What about security
Our cabins will have Ring cameras that will show the drive to protect your vehicle. No other cameras are on the property so you will be responsible for locking up. To date, Ruidoso is known as a safe village with a very responsive police department. We have had no issues at any of our cabins thus far and are working hard to keep it that way.
