Day Dreamer Cabins Rental Contract

Please read this contract carefully, as it contains important information about liability and the resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than a court.

The Site is owned and operated by Day Dreamer Cabins LLC, which is also referred to in this contract as “we,” “us,” and “our”. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user using or accessing the Site and/or requesting a reservation on the Site.

By using or accessing the Site in any manner, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the contract. If you do not fully agree to the contract without modification, you are not authorized to use or access the Site. You should carefully review the contract, which constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Day Dreamer Cabins LLC.

This contract covers any and all premises, buildings, and items that are located, or connected to the address of the rental property.

The term of this contract is for any time you occupy this property before, during, or after your stay.

You agree to (unless approved beforehand by us) not:

• Have more than 12 occupants unless approved beforehand by us.
• Smoking, vaping, or use e‑cigarettes inside the cabin.
• Bring pets of any kind.
• Play or make any loud noise - Any noise exceeding 70 dB is considered too loud.
• Do anything that would bring negative attention from our neighbors.
• Leave anything in the hot tub (spa) that was not there before.
• Rearrange furniture.
• Break, mark, stain, discolor, or remove any part of the home, and items within the property or without.

Should you DO any of the above-listed items, you agree to pay any and all costs to restore it back to the condition it was in before you arrived.

You agree to:

• Leave the place in a respectable and ready-to-clean condition.
• Remove all trash from inside or outside and deposit in a Village dumpster.
• Turn all lights off.
• Lock doors when leaving.

Should you NOT DO any of the above-listed items, you agree to pay any and all costs to restore it back to the condition it was in before you arrived.

This is a short-term rental contract. You agree that in no way will Day Dreamer Cabins, Ross G Day, Julie Day, or our insurance carrier be held liable for any accidents, illness, misfortunes, or mishaps either while on the property or not.

By checking the box agreeing to the contract on the booking site verifies that you have read and agree to all of this contract.
