Regal Cabin

Day Dreamer’s “Regal” has a spacious large porch that has one of the most spectacular views of Sierra Blanca Peak. In Winter, wake up each day to the sun welcoming you from the large windows that are open on the front two stories high as you enjoy a cup of coffee by the beautiful wood stove. End your day in the luxurious open-air spa as you are covered by the blanket of stars that only comes with a place on a quite mountain top like this.

In Summer, enjoy the sights and sounds of the abundant wildlife from the porch as you start your days adventure. In the evenings, make an amazing meal in the fully stocked kitchen or Traeger pellet grill and enjoy it outside in the mountain air. This is a great cabin for a large family retreat or a couple’s getaway! This large 2-bedroom has a loft that serves as a 3rd bedroom. The cabin has a rustic mountain feel, though it was built in recent years with all of the modern conveniences needed to fully enjoy your stay.

Ruidoso is a place to escape the hot summers and enjoy the sights of the winter’s white snows. Central air conditioning and heating will insure you comfort in all seasons.

Ruidoso, Alto, and the surrounding area are great to unwind within the tall pines of the Sacramento Mountains and watch local wildlife such as elk, deer, wild horses, turkey, birds in their natural habitats. You might be visiting Ruidoso for the slopes of Ski Apache, live horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, or gaming at one of our 3 casinos or maybe you want the tranquil side, hiking the many scenic trails, fishing the lakes and streams here, or just taking in a game of golf at the many great courses we offer. This cabin is the perfect place to start your adventure!

Ruidoso is also a great place to enjoy local shops that carry the things you can only find in this part of New Mexico. Before you end the day, try any of the many fine restaurants serving all kinds of food with the best of New Mexico’s local beer and wines crafted here.

This cabin includes Roku televisions (4) with free tv and movies or if you bring your own sign-in you can stream using your home account. We have cooking utensils, pots and pans, cookware, and dishes (some spices and condiments are provided), Traeger pellet grill (pellets provided), washer and dryer, towels and bed linens, extra blankets should guest need them for winter months. Our homes come equipped with a drip and Keurig coffee maker.

We encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months (though rarely needed) as we are not responsible for the weather or should you get stuck. Firewood is provided for this cabin (assuming normal use). Bedding at this cabin is 1 king (master) 2 Queen (upstairs room) 1 twin bunk, and large couch (loft), Sleeper twin couch in the living room, air mattress also provided if needed. Sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably.
